- Your name matches your passport and application.

- The signature and document format meet the current official requirements.
Treat that list as a set of compatibility checks. A document can look convincing and still contain one detail that does not fit.
Ask for the document before paying or committing
Bring up proof of accommodation during your first serious conversation with a landlord, residence, or host. Use plain language and explain that you need formal documentation for an immigration application.
